My Story
I’m Amy and I’ll be your guide, and one of your biggest cheerleaders through your pregnancy and parenting journey.

I was driven to set up The PPP Co after having my two babies. I don’t have an empowering, “I had the best birth ever” story to insert here. In fact, quite the opposite. I was scared. BOTH times. I had two caesareans, with my first, I was told my baby was stuck after a looong labour, which led to an unplanned caesarean. Then, with my second, that my ‘baby’s weight had plateaued, so there was no point in him being inside me any more’ and hence, an elected caesarean. I believe that these events could have been avoided had I taken the time to learn more about my body and birth.

I wish to help you have the best birth and parenting experience for you and make those informed decisions to enhance your experience.
My Approach
I help women, like you, to build their confidence and have the tools for their birth and beyond. Whether your pregnancy is uncomfortable, you're worried about how your birth will go, or are overwhelmed by all of the information out there, I will be there.

I am passionate about helping you settle those worries, anxieties or fears you have.
With evidence- based information, techniques to ease those pregnancy ailments and also to heal your body after childbirth, you will feel empowered and confident.

We aim to build a compassionate and supportive community here in Derby where expectant parents can relax, connect, and prepare for their baby's arrival. By offering tailored antenatal education and empowering pregnancy yoga sessions we strive to make your journey to motherhood as smooth and inspiring as possible. After birth, we provide that safe space to build those lasting bonds with your baby.
